Romantic Description:
Gemlike Torre Chigi rises at the end of a private drive which once
formed part of the ancient stone road leading through the Montagnola
hills to Siena within easy walking distance of the hamlet of Ancaiano.
Originally constructed as a watchtower, it was converted in the
15th century into a toll house by the Chigi family, and more recently
